Some people think they have to "flip the switch" on their current eating patterns and replace every single food and habit they have all at once. While there might be a few people out there who can do this successfully, most of us have a very hard time making this approach work.
Know that you don't have to "perfect" your diet all at once to see health change. Small changes over time build up and are much less stressful.
I like to advise my clients to tackle just one or two changes at a time. When they've solidly mastered those first couple changes, they're ready to implement a few more. This is how we build lasting success!
